Yoga helps you grow taller

I definitely agree with this… There is no other exercise that can ever be compared to Yoga.. Practicing Yoga every day will keep you fit and supple.. It increases your stamina and boosts up your energy levels so that you can stay fresh the whole day.. But people don’t find time to practice Yoga due to their work pressure.. I hope your article will definitely guide people to take proper decision and Practice Yoga regularly…

Yes its true, i am also one who grew from Yoga. Im doing it everyday and it not only help me to grow taller but also makes my body more healthier, I believe its also one of the reason why my astma has gone, I am asmatic person before but when i do yoga and strething exercises, it gone…. It also gives me supple skin. I encourage everyone to practice yoga everyday.
